Parking in the city
The municipal police monitor compliance with the parking rules across the city. The parking system as a whole – tariffs, zone maps and the issuing of parking permits – is administered by Karlovy Vary City Hall.
To avoid any confusion and to make sure you always have the most up-to-date information, we refer you directly to the city's official portal.
1. Parking machines and paid parking bays

The Easypark app

It lets you pay for parking in the city's parking zones easily.
There is no need to walk to a payment terminal, look for a parking machine, key your registration number into it over and over, hunt for change or keep an eye on the time you have paid for. The app tracks the parking time for you, alerts you when it is about to run out and lets you extend it; you can also end the parking session early, in which case you pay for the exact number of minutes used.
When you open it, the app shows you the parking zones nearby together with their prices. The app is available on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
To start using it, all you need to do is:
- Download it
- Register - phone number, vehicle registration number, payment method
- Search for a parking space or select one on the map, set the required duration with the dial in the app and confirm
